Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Roashelm ("Roashelm", "we", "us") handles when you visit roashelm.com or use our advertising management service, and what choices you have. Questions go to privacy@roashelm.com.

Information we collect

Contact details you send us, such as your name, email address, company and store address when you request access or write to us.
Advertising account data that you authorize us to access through the official APIs of Meta, Google and TikTok: account, campaign, ad set, ad and creative settings, and performance reports such as impressions, clicks, spend and conversions.
Store order data from stores you connect: order totals, refunds, currency, dates and the marketing source fields your store records (for example UTM parameters). We use these to measure results.
Customer identifiers for conversion reporting, only when you enable it: email addresses or phone numbers from your orders are normalized and hashed with SHA‑256 before they are sent to an advertising platform, and only where your customers' consent settings allow it.
Basic technical data from visits to this website, such as request logs kept by our hosting provider for security.

How we use information

To create, manage, monitor and report on advertising campaigns you have authorized.
To generate ad creative and copy from the product and landing pages you provide.
To measure campaign results against your own orders.
To respond to you and to keep the service secure.

We do not sell personal information, we do not use data from one customer's accounts to target ads for another customer, and we do not use advertising platform data for any purpose other than providing the service to the account owner who authorized it.

Google user data

Roashelm's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We share information only with the advertising platforms you connect (to run your campaigns and report conversions), with infrastructure providers that host and process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law.

Retention

We keep advertising and order data for as long as your account is connected and for up to 90 days after you disconnect it, so that reports can be finalized. You can ask us to delete it sooner; see Data deletion.

Security

Access tokens and credentials are stored in an encrypted secrets manager, never in application code or logs. Access to customer data is limited to the systems that need it.

Your choices

You can revoke our access at any time from your Meta Business settings, your Google account permissions or your TikTok Business Center, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to privacy@roashelm.com.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell connected customers by email.
