Data deletion

You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you or your business at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@roashelm.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us which accounts or stores the request covers (for example your Meta ad account ID or your store address).

What happens next

• Within 30 days we delete the advertising account data, store order data, hashed customer identifiers and contact details we hold for the accounts you named, and we revoke our stored access tokens for them.
• We email you when deletion is complete. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are retained only for the required period.

Removing access yourself

You can also remove our access directly: in Meta Business settings under partners, in your Google account under third party access, or in TikTok Business Center under partners. Removing access stops new data from reaching us; email us as well if you want existing data deleted.
